Mary Kay was amazing to work with as our realtor. She listened to all of our needs and wants and within a couple weeks of searching for houses on MLS we found what we wanted. She took us in and explained the importance of us putting in a contract right away due to the home being so popular. Within a day we had a contract and our dream home would be bought contingent on selling our home. Mary Kay was able to sell our home within 3 days! She was amazing to work with and makes sure that her clients get everything they need and want. This is our second home purchase with Mary Kay and our first time using her to sell our home. Jo Ann helped us buy the Condo while we were in another state three years ago. Now she helped us sell it for a great little profit. I can't recommend her enough. If you have questions just ask her and you'll learn a lot.

My first experience with Jo Ann Ayres was approximately 10 years ago when I contracted with Jo Ann and Century 21 Desert Estates Realty to manage my rental property after a couple of really bad experiences with other managers. Jo Ann did an excellent job from the start. Through the years she dealt with new tenants, the HOA, pool service, gardening service and various repair services with very little participation required from me. I live in California, so most of our communications were by phone, text or e-mail. I would always stop to see her when I was in the area to chat about the property. She has always been very professional. I will miss working with her. When it came time to sell the property, I contacted Jo Ann Ayres and she provided information to me immediately. I ended up in the hospital shortly after telling her I was ready to move forward and list the property. Thankfully she continued to contact me until I was able to respond and then made it easy for me to authorize the listing and within two weeks we had received multiple offers. She throughly reviewed the offers with me so that I could make an informed decision. Anthony is a top notch agent. I inherited my Fathers Estate and Anthony stuck with me the whole way! The house was in such disarray! The tenants had to be evicted. There were holes in the walls, feces on the carpeting, broken appliances, you name it! Most agents would have opened the door, then run away - but not Anthony! He is a real trooper. He is my guardian angel handling all the details. I live in the Chicagoland area, some 1,450 miles away. Flipping a house so far away was very stressful; however, with Anthony's cool and calm demeanor, he made coordinating all a breeze. From installing locks, to project managing, coordinating the painter, millwork, carpet installation, general contracting, landscaping and pest management, he does it all. Can't thank him enough!
